What we collect
If you submit a help request, EV Locator may receive your name, preferred contact method, ZIP code, the type of help requested, and any details you choose to share. The public resource directory does not require an account.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, connect people with relevant resources, schedule calls, and improve the accuracy of the directory. EV Locator does not sell personal information.
Third-party services
The website may use Google Sheets to publish resource listings, Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam, Calendly for scheduling, and Venmo for donations. Information submitted directly to those services is also governed by their privacy practices.
Confidentiality and emergencies
EV Locator treats help requests as confidential, but the website is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical, legal, or crisis care. Call 911 for an immediate emergency, call or text 988 for a mental health crisis, or call 211 for community-resource support.
